The Standard Manpower Services has been founded by Mr. Shamroz Ahmed, a well reputed businessman with 3 years of experience in manpower export and a manpower license since 2005. Over the years the agency has exported thousands of unskilled, skilled and highly manpower to countries like Saudi Arabia, U.A.E, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and rest of the world, and it never had any complaints from any of the clients. It is largely because the agency has set very high professional standards for itself and is always striving hard to achieve and maintain the same. Once it gets a demand, an elaborate set-up of its employees scan through a vast database to ensure that’s prospective employer receives manpower exactly according to the each and every detail of job specification.

In this endeavor, local employees of the agency are helped by a strong network of authorized agents abroad, who continuously update it on work ethics, social and physical conditions and on-job demands in the country concerned. The agency's job dose not ends with selection and dispatching of manpower, rather it starts with it. it's preference to keep in touch with the client for ''after-sale-services'' not only distinguishes it from the rest of the manpower exporters but also ensure that the workforce is working to the entire satisfaction of the employer.

I Mr. Shamroz Ahmed would like to introduce myself as a C.E.O of Standard Manpower Services, license no. 2570/LHR by Govt. of Pakistan. This company was founded in 2008 and is running successfully. I Mr. Shamroz Ahmed started this business after after spending 15 years experience. I believe we have very honest, loyal, professional and hard working staff, which scans the workers during selection by trade test and interviews professionally. We have exported approximately 1,200 workers and the clients were satisfied and we are still serving them the best.
